We are anchored in the community as their vessel of support to cut down the barriers that prevent them from becoming successful, and our programs will ensure they can operate in a “failsafe” ERA.
Our model is designed to Educate the inmate, family members, and the community; help returning citizens (formerly incarcerated), who are willing, to be Reformed; and to Align their thought process to wholesome values that include respect, cooperation, continuous learning and education, growth, and integrity.
FailSafe-ERA currently operates within the Rappahannock Goodwill Industries Building Collaboration Zone, 4701 Market Street, Suite H., Fredericksburg, Virginia 22408. We have a staff with extensive leadership and management experience to fully execute the strategic and operational goals of the organization.
The FailSafe-ERA Governance Board, which consists of leaders and members of the community, strategically guides the organization’s operations, while ensuring financial stability and accountability. The team has identified a set of four strategic goals, 10 objectives, and 18 initiatives that focus on producing incredible services for our communities and families. It guides the future of FailSafe-ERA and provides clear guidance that will help us make key decisions that lead to the right action to produce clearly defined deliverables to our customers.
We are dedicated to building long-term relationships with those clients, as well as community leaders and partners through quality customer support and services as well as community involvement and commitment.
