Justice-involved individuals succeed when somebody shows they care. Stable housing, employment, and basic resources are necessary to begin the process of creating a life post-incarceration to ensure they remain crime-free and positive contributors to society.

We are raising money to ensure they can rejoin society in a productive manner. Every donation makes an impact. They are home and want to be successful. Please provide that first helping hand through a gift. You have the power to reshape lives!

In addition to financial donations, goods and services donated to FailSafe help us meet various needs.

COURAGE TO CHANGE TRAINING MATERIALS

FailSafe-ERA is seeking $1,500 to fund each six-week Courage to Change Interactive Journaling Program, a transformative curriculum that helps individuals build positive decision-making skills, strengthen coping strategies, and prepare for successful reentry.

Each 6-week session serves 120 inmates and 20 returning citizens, giving 140 individuals the chance to engage in structured journaling, reflection, and guided support.

Funding this program for the entire year—approximately 8.67 cycles—would impact an estimated:

  • 1,040 inmates per year

  • 173 returning citizens per year

  • 1,213 individuals total

Annual program cost: approximately $13,000.

This investment ensures that hundreds of justice-involved individuals receive consistent, life-changing support throughout the year, helping them rebuild their lives, restore hope, and strengthen the communities they will return to.
