Crisis Response Team (Safety and Community Response):

This team is tasked with delivering prompt, coordinated actions in response to crises involving youth gun violence. Their priorities include swift mobilization, effective communication, and real-time assistance aimed at reducing harm and preventing further escalation.

 

 

Family Support and Youth Empowerment:  

This committee is dedicated to offering resources and emotional assistance to families impacted by or vulnerable to youth violence. The committee will empower youth by creating safe environments for dialogue, fostering leadership skills, and encouraging community engagement.  The objective is to foster stronger family connections, improve communication, and provide crisis management tools, thereby establishing a resilient support network within the community.

Marketing and Data:  

This committee is tasked with enhancing the program's message and expanding its audience. By utilizing strategic communications, forming community partnerships, and implementing digital campaigns, the aim is to increase public awareness about the initiative and its available resources.
