Last year Antoine Carey, Owner of Faded and Company Barbershop and Barber Academy, partnered with FailSafe-ERA to donate a Master Barber scholarship to Isaiah Landry. I am so very proud of both of these gentlemen. Antoine, a FailSafe-ERA Hall of Change honoree, now Agent of Change member, is pouring back into our youth and making such a great impact in our community. Isaiah made a conscious decision after his many life-altering decision(s) that he wanted a better life and took on this challenge. I am proud to share that he completed his Master barber theoretical curriculum and was offered a lease with Faded and Company Barber shop. Join me in congratulating Isaiah Landry!!
