Meet FailSafe-ERA Reentry Team Member Mike Monroe
Mike had been going into the jail to provide services to the incarcerated until COVID closed him out. He shifted gears and has been providing case management to FailSafe-ERA's returning citizens population ever since.
Mike has a big heart, and his clients can tell - sometimes, they will call him in a moment of need even late into the evening because they know he cares. Their choice to reach out for advice instead of relying on the same decision making patterns as before is a sign that our clients are willing and able to change. With some time and some trust, Mike's clients always know he wants the best for them.
