That is why FailSafe-ERA, in partnership with Germanna Community College, is proud to present the 2026 Preparing Generations Initiative (PGI) Conference.

This year's theme, "We're at Risk: Preparing Ourselves for the Next Generation," challenges each of us to examine the role we play in creating safer, healthier, and more resilient communities. Whether you are an educator, counselor, social worker, youth advocate, law enforcement professional, nonprofit leader, faith leader, or concerned community member, this conference is designed to equip you with practical strategies and meaningful connections that can make a lasting impact.

A Distinguished Keynote Speaker

We are honored to welcome Dr. Tashika Griffith, President of Germanna Community College, as our keynote speaker.

Dr. Griffith is a visionary leader committed to expanding educational opportunity, strengthening community partnerships, and preparing today's students to become tomorrow's leaders. Her keynote address will inspire attendees to think differently about how education, community collaboration, and leadership can transform the lives of young people and families facing adversity.
