The Annual Failsafe-ERA and Rissa’s Heart Holiday Shoppe serves to support and empower families affected by incarceration, and who reside Fredericksburg City, Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford Counties in with resources to provide Christmas to their children for families. We provide toys and gifts for the children and
food baskets for the families.
