FailSafe-ERA will be attending "Healing in Community: Real Conversations on Black Mental Health"  

 

a community town hall presented by the Virginia African American Advisory Board (VAAAB) and The Healing Station on February 25, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in Fredericksburg, VA. The event focuses on honest dialogue regarding mental health, grief, and community wellness.

Location: The Healing Station, 410 Deacon Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22405
Presenters/Partners: Virginia African American Advisory Board, The Healing Station, Bishop Ron Willis, and Tori Mabry

Focus: Open to the public, this session aims to create a safe space for discussions on mental health, family impact, and youth well-being. 

This event is part of a broader effort to address mental health challenges and reduce stigma within the Black community.

Commonwealth Coffee

FailSafe-ERA will be attending the February 26th Commonwealth Coffee in honor of Black History Month. 

​

Hosted by Senator Mark R. Warner and SenatorTim Kaine, and joined by Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan, this gathering provides a valuable opportunity for faith leaders, government officials, community organizers, civic engagement groups, and service organizations to engage in meaningful conversation.

​

We look forward to connecting, listening, and continuing to advocate for families and individuals impacted by incarceration. Black History Month is a time to reflect on progress, honor resilience, and strengthen partnerships that move our communities forward.​

Community Expo

FailSafe-ERA is excited to be an exhibitor at the Community Connections Expo on Tuesday, March 17 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at the Fredericksburg Convention Center!

​

This impactful all-day event connects individuals and families to free community resources and vital health services in the Fredericksburg area. Attendees can learn what assistance they’re eligible for, sign up on site, and access direct services including haircuts, clothing, food, and medical support.

​

This event is hosted by FAHASS (Fredericksburg Area Health and Support Services) in partnership with the Fredericksburg Regional Continuum of Care. We are proud to participate alongside organizations dedicated to strengthening our community and expanding access to critical services.

​

FailSafe-ERA is honored to be attending the April 13th, 11:00 AM Roundtable Talks at 2300 Charles Street in Fredericksburg.

ROUNDTABLE Talk brings together agencies, businesses, and nonprofits to collaborate, share services, and develop real solutions to meet the needs of our communities.

 

By coming to the table together, we strengthen partnerships, reduce duplication of services, and create space for innovative ideas that better serve some of our most vulnerable populations.
