Join us for FailSafe-ERA’s Women Inspiring GirlS (WIGS) and Aspiring to Develop and Empower Sons (FADES)—a transformative program for youth ages 12–18. Designed to promote confidence, positive behaviors, and a mindset that resists criminal activities, including gang involvement, this program empowers participants to make better choices and build brighter futures.
