Congratulation to Tim Williams

We are excited to recognize Tim Williams as he continues to grow in leadership and expand his role with FailSafe-ERA. Tim already wears many hats: providing dedicated case management, team leadership, reentry support, encouragement, and guidance to the men and women we serve. He has consistently demonstrated a heart for people and a willingness to step in wherever he is needed.

And now, Tim is taking on another very important responsibility as our new Rappahannock Regional Jail (RRJ) Family Coordinator. This is a much-needed position because incarceration does not impact just one person, it impacts the entire family. Families are often left with questions, uncertainty, fear, and the challenge of navigating a system they may not understand.

In this expanded role, Tim will help strengthen the bridge between individuals at RRJ, their families, FailSafe-ERA, and available resources. He will help ensure families know they have somewhere to turn for information, support, referrals, and connection as they prepare for their loved one’s eventual return home.

Tim is also an ordained minister. His new role will help strengthen the bridge between individuals at RRJ, their families, FailSafe-ERA, and available resources. At FailSafe-ERA, we believe successful reentry begins before release and families are an important part of that journey.
