On behalf of our FailSafe-ERA team, Germanna Community College, and Virginia Counselors for Social Justice, thank you for attending and supporting the Preventing Generations of Incarceration (PGI) Conference. Your presence, participation, and shared commitment made this Conference truly impactful.

We are especially grateful to our speakers, panelists, and community partners who offered insight, inspiration, and resources to help us advance this important work.We didn’t just hear information, we heard stories. We heard passion. We heard possibilities. We were reminded that behind every statistic is a name, a face, and a future worth fighting for. Let’s keep the momentum going.

If you are willing to stand up and be the change, join me and others in our community on July 7 at 7:00 pm at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fredericksburg, as we continue to develop our plan on “Sounding the Alarm (STA)” on youth violence to prevent generations of incarceration.
