FailSafe-ERA Right Road Rentry Facilitators Preparing for Impact Behind the Walls

Our dedicated Right Road Reentry facilitators gathered to prepare for the upcoming training session at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. These meetings are more than planning discussions, they are opportunities to align our efforts, strengthen our approach, and ensure we are providing the highest level of support to the men and women we serve.

Every session represents a chance to inspire hope, encourage accountability, build life skills, and help participants create a pathway toward a successful future. We are grateful for the volunteers, facilitators, and partners who continue to invest their time, wisdom, and compassion into transforming lives.

Through this evidence-based curriculum and our reentry programming, we are helping individuals break cycles of incarceration, reconnect with their families, and become productive members of our community.
