We are expanding our team at FailSafe-ERA! People come and people go but the one constant is that they all leave FailSafe is a better position!!!
We are pleased to announce our new additions to the team: Art Crain, Strategic Advisor and again, Tim Williams, Reentry Program Manager. We had a great meeting with the Case Managers at the Rappahannock Regional Jail (RRJ), that ended with Art registering to begin facilitating classes at RRJ. Welcome to the team Art!!! It was great to hear Case Manager Barlow share how much change he is seeing in the inmates who participate in our pre-release, courage to change program.
We are always looking for additional facilitators, male and female. We desperately need female facilitators for the approximately 198 ladies. Are you interested? If so, please call our office at 540-479-3021 and let us know.
