5/15/26 – YEI Fredericksburg Frogs Outing

ACT Enough, Inc. donated 10 tickets to provide YEI youth participants with the opportunity to attend a Fredericksburg Nationals game celebrating the historic Fredericksburg Frogs Negro League team. ACT Enough, Inc. is committed to creating meaningful experiences and opportunities for youth and families through community engagement, education, and supportive programming.

The Fredericksburg Frogs tribute game honored the legacy of Negro League baseball players who competed during a time of segregation and helped pave the way for racial equality and integration in professional sports. The event also served as an educational experience, exposing youth to an important part of American and African American history while celebrating the perseverance, talent, and contributions of Negro League athletes.

The outing provided a positive recreational outlet for 10 YEI attendees who have consistently participated in YEI workshops and activities. Youth participants enjoyed fellowship, team spirit, and a memorable community experience while learning about the cultural and historical significance of the Negro Leagues.
