2026 Right Road Reentry Resource Fair
The Right Road Reentry Resource Fair, in partnership with Germanna Community College, will take place on May 2nd from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Germanna Community College Workforce and Technology Center (WTC), located at 10000 Germanna Point Drive in Fredericksburg. This community-focused event is designed to connect individuals and families affected by incarceration with essential resources that support personal growth, stability, educational opportunities, work opportunities all to ensure a successful reentry future..

Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with local organizations, service providers, and community leaders offering information on education, employment, mental health, and wellness services. In the afternoon, the event will also feature a powerful panel discussion with Kenneth Hunter and Tonia Garnett exploring the challenges individuals face after incarceration, presented from both female and male perspectives. The discussion will include an interactive audience Q&A, creating space for meaningful dialogue, shared experiences, and community understanding.

Through this collaborative effort, FailSafe-ERA and Germanna Community College aim to empower participants with access to opportunities, reduce barriers, and provide meaningful support—especially for those impacted by incarceration, helping to build stronger futures and a more connected community.​
