Tim Williams,  Program Manager Reentry

As the Program Manager of Reentry for FailSafe-ERA, Timothy leads initiatives that support men and women transitioning from incarceration back into the community. With compassion, lived experience, and strong leadership, he works to connect returning citizens to the resources, mentorship, and spiritual guidance they need to build stable, productive lives. His role reflects his deep commitment to restoration, accountability, and second chances.

Timothy also serves as Vice President of the Christian Brothers and Sisters Transition Program in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Previously, he served as Associate Pastor of The Temple of Deliverance, Inc. in Mineral, Virginia. He is a graduate of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity degree at The Master’s Seminary.

Professionally, Timothy has worked as a Senior Designer with Freestate Electric since September 2002, bringing diligence, leadership, and technical expertise to his field. Beyond his professional career, he actively volunteers with various community organizations alongside his church family at Trinity Bible Church and through his work with FailSafe-ERA.

In 1995, Timothy married Karen S. Williams, a graduate of Germanna Community College. Together they have four adult children — Eric, Joshua, Zoye, and Kayla — and are proud grandparents to four grandchildren.

Timothy’s life reflects his unwavering belief in faith, family, and the power of transformation through guidance, structure, and opportunity.   Timothy has dedicated his life to faith, service, and helping others rebuild and thrive.
