Returning Citizens face immense challenges with employment opportunities upon their release from incarceration.
The FailSafe-ERA Bootcamp led by area successful business leaders/entrepreneurs will equip returning citizens with the tools to create their own employment opportunities. They will learn the basics of starting their own business with mentors that will help them on with the first steps of their new business journey.
