FailSafe-ERA was honored to participate as a vendor at the 3rd Annual Community Connections Expo, hosted by FAHASS (Fredericksburg Area Health and Support Services) on March 17, 2026, at the Fredericksburg Convention Center. The event brought together a wide range of nonprofits, healthcare providers, and service organizations, all committed to connecting individuals and families with vital resources—completely free to the community.

A Day Centered on Community and Connection

The expo created an engaging and welcoming space where attendees were able to explore services related to health, wellness, education, and personal development. Throughout the day, hundreds of individuals and families connected with organizations dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the Fredericksburg region.

FailSafe-ERA was proud to be part of this collaborative effort, contributing to a shared mission of support, empowerment, and opportunity.

Connecting with Those We Serve

At our booth, we had the privilege of engaging with individuals seeking guidance, support, and a fresh start. We shared information about our core programs, including the Right Road Reentry Program and our Caring Connections Youth & Family Program, both designed to support individuals and families impacted by incarceration.

These conversations were powerful reminders of why our work matters. Each interaction represented a step toward rebuilding lives, strengthening families, and creating pathways to long-term success.

The Power of Partnerships

One of the most impactful aspects of the expo was the opportunity to connect with fellow organizations and community leaders. Events like the FAHASS Community Connections Expo reinforce the importance of collaboration—because when organizations work together, we can reach more people and create stronger, more sustainable support systems.

FailSafe-ERA values these partnerships and looks forward to continuing to build relationships that benefit the communities we serve.

Moving Forward

As we reflect on this successful event, we are grateful for the opportunity to connect, share, and grow. The Community Connections Expo was not just a one-day event—it was a reminder of what’s possible when a community comes together with purpose.

We remain committed to expanding our reach and continuing to provide transformative services that empower individuals and families impacted by incarceration.

Thank you to FAHASS for hosting such a meaningful event, and to everyone who stopped by to connect with FailSafe-ERA.

If you missed us and would like to learn more about our programs or get involved, we encourage you to reach out—we’re here to help.
