A special thank you to Gary Holland (photo to the left) for his outstanding leadership in coordinating and leading the PD16 Juneteenth Celebration. The event provided a powerful opportunity for our community to come together, build relationships, and celebrate culture.
These photos tell a story that means so much to the FailSafe-ERA family.

Pictured is Jaime Milloy, FailSafe-ERA's first Reentry Director, whose vision and dedication helped introduce the Courage to Change curriculum to our organization and laid the foundation for what would become our Right Road Reentry Program. Her contributions continue to impact lives throughout our community today.

Also pictured is Travis Payne, one of Jaime's former clients, now giving back through volunteer service at Juneteenth. Travis represents the power of transformation, second chances, and what is possible when individuals are supported and empowered to succeed. He is FailSafe family.

Working alongside the FailSafe CEO, Juanita Shanks, is Tonia Garnett, one of our dedicated and amazing Agents of Change, whose commitment to serving others reflects the heart of our mission every day.
It was also wonderful to connect with the leadership team from Kalahari Resorts and witness their commitment to creating opportunities through second-chance employment. Their willingness to invest in individuals seeking a fresh start demonstrates the kind of community partnership that changes lives, strengthens families, and contributes to safer, more vibrant communities. We are grateful for employers who recognize potential, value redemption, and open doors for those working hard to build a better future.
