FailSafe-ERA is proud to celebrate an incredible milestone for one of our very own Agents of Change, Jonathan Wrenn.
Jonathan recently graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and is now beginning his professional career as a software engineer. His achievement is not only a personal victory, but also a powerful example of resilience, determination, and the impact of second chances.
At FailSafe-ERA, an Agent of Change is a second chance citizen who has successfully completed our Courage to Change program and continues to demonstrate growth, leadership, and commitment to building a better future. Jonathan embodies exactly what that title represents.
His journey reminds us that past circumstances do not define a person’s future. Through hard work, perseverance, and the willingness to embrace transformation, Jonathan has created a path that inspires others in our community to dream bigger and keep pushing forward.
From completing the Courage to Change program to earning a degree from one of the nation’s most prestigious universities, Jonathan’s story reflects the mission of FailSafe-ERA — empowering individuals impacted by incarceration to rebuild their lives and become leaders in their communities.
We are beyond proud of you, Jonathan. Your success is proof that change is possible, opportunity matters, and purpose can overcome obstacles. As you begin this exciting new chapter as a software engineer, know that your FailSafe-ERA family is cheering you on every step of the way.
Congratulations, Jonathan Wrenn. Thank you for showing the world what an Agent of Change truly looks like.
