This spring, FailSafe-ERA proudly celebrated the graduation of several Social Values classes at RRJ held between March and May. These classes represented an important step in personal growth, accountability, and positive transformation for all participants involved.
The Social Values program equips participants with essential life skills focused on communication, decision-making, emotional awareness, and healthy relationship building. Throughout the program, individuals engaged in thoughtful discussions and activities designed to encourage self-reflection, responsibility, and personal development.

The men’s classes were facilitated by Louis Kelly, whose mentorship and leadership inspired participants to challenge themselves and pursue positive change. The women’s classes were led by Ashley Mason and Julie Webber, who created a supportive and empowering environment that encouraged growth, confidence, and connection.

Graduation day served as a meaningful reminder of the power of encouragement, education, and community support. Participants completed the program with renewed motivation and valuable tools to help them continue moving forward in a positive direction.
FailSafe-ERA is honored to partner in programs that promote rehabilitation, growth, and successful reentry opportunities. We congratulate all of the graduates from the Spring Social Values classes at RRJ and thank the facilitators for their commitment and dedication to making a lasting impact.
