FailSafe-ERA continues to change lives and restore hope!

Our team met the parents of this young man at a community event. Through that connection, he became connected with FailSafe-ERA and received the opportunity he needed to begin building a new future.

Here is his testimony, in his own words:

“I Came home march 13th from Haynesville Correctional. My intentions were to start working as soon as I hit the street but when I did come home I quickly realized how difficult being a violent felon and finding a job was. I got denied by door dash, Amazon, all these companies that supposedly “hire felons” denied me. I got in contact with Mr. Tim and his Failsafe non-profit organization and stayed consistent. Mr. Tim connected me with a gentleman that worked for a company that just so happened to be the company in charge of doing the electrical wiring for data centers that were being built in what is now the data center hub of the world (Northern Virginia). I contacted him one week and two weeks later I was working. Not just any job but a trade that can set me up with the knowledge and skill to be able to not only teach me a trade that is now one of if not the highest paid trade but also connecting me with a multi billion dollar company with a plethora of opportunities for advancement. All I needed was to get my foot in the door and thanks to Mr. Tim and the program that has become a reality. Thank you Mr. Tim and the entire Failsafe non-profit organization for all that you do. I’m just one of the many that they have assisted.”

This is what restoring hope looks like. Sometimes, all a person needs is an opportunity, a meaningful connection, and someone willing to help them get their foot in the door.
